You have no idea how excited I was to meet you last week. And OMG, working with you was pure joy. I have definitely NOT found that to be the case anywhere else in the area. I was beginning to think I was just going to have to do everything from Dallas. My goal in getting our house done was to be able to establish new relationships and resources in the local design world, anticipating the possibility of either creating some spec homes or doing some serious renovation of some of the homes in the area. As we looked for a house, we realized while there is a large inventory of homes for sale, there are very few that are updated or move-in ready…very dated finishes or very poor quality finishes. So far, it’s been a bit frustrating working with the local “design resources”. BUT OH MY! YOUR great taste and knowledge of your products AND your upbeat, confidence really is a NORTH WIND of fresh air. I hope we can find ways to collaborate on all kinds of things in the future. We are now in “crunch time” to get things done, after wasting so much time with Jennings.
