The countertops are beyond belief!! The most beautiful granite job we've ever seen. It was even difficult to find the FEW seams, something even XXXX's in Arden couldn't match when they did our other house. And I thought they were the best......until we see your artwork.

You have no idea how excited I was to meet you last week. And OMG, working with you was pure joy. I have definitely NOT found that to be the case anywhere else in the area. I was beginning to think I was just going to have to do everything from Dallas. My goal in getting our house done was to be able to establish new relationships and resources in the local design world, anticipating the possibility of either creating some spec homes or doing some serious renovation of some of the homes in the area. As we looked for a house, we realized while there is a large inventory of homes for sale, there are very few that are updated or move-in ready...very dated finishes or very poor quality finishes. So far, it's been a bit frustrating working with the local "design resources". BUT OH MY! YOUR great taste and knowledge of your products AND your upbeat, confidence really is a NORTH WIND of fresh air. I hope we can find ways to collaborate on all kinds of things in the future. We are now in "crunch time" to get things done, after wasting so much time with Jennings.

Gregg McLain and the Black Rock design team renovated our family home in Highlands Falls Country Club and made what was a quant but rather dated cottage into a luxury home. Gregg’s creative talents and design experience produced a beautiful and functional home. Working with Greg was an absolute delight.  Through his encouragement and confidence, he helped me with countless decisions and selections making my home something it could have never been without his expertise. He presented an all-encompassing plan while also providing me input and choices that made the project unique to me and my preferences. I quickly learned to trust Gregg; and therefore, he was able to stretch my vision into one that merged with his and made our home remarkably special. We are enjoying the transformation of our home beyond our wildness imagination. And it goes without saying that when we decide to add a basement suite, we’ll be counting on Gregg and his Black Rock team for another turnkey experience.

Just want to thank you and the crew at Black Rock. For the care, you all take when inside our home, the level of craftsmanship, and timeliness.
My sister and brother-in-law are dealing with a nightmare on their home build, labor issues, and product delays. Just one thing after another with their builder.
